Leather Parka

Are women attracted to men who wear leather pants & remove all of their body hair?

Or am I the only one? My neighbor is about 20 years older than me, but he has a nice face, personality & body (not fat), and he wears leather pants, and my brother says that he has seen him in the showers at the gym they go to and he is hair-free all over his body. Now I cant stop thinking about him & it is driving me nuts! He is a single dad as well, and that is an attraction as well. Am I being silly?
